    VE 3-10.1 Naturwerksteinarbeiten (DIN 18332) Auf dem Grundstück Leipziger Straße 2 in Berlin-Mitte wird ein Anbau des Bundesrates mit Besucherzentrum errichtet. Das Gebäude ist gegliedert in einen 5-geschossigen Kopfbau und einen L-förmigen, 6-geschossigen Verwaltungstrakt. 1. Art und Umfang der Leistung: ca. 75 m2 elektrisches Innenraumdeckenüberwachungssystem auf der Rohdecke im Innenbereich ca. 376 m2 Naturwerksteinbodenbelag aus Kalkstein mit integrierten taktilen Aufmerksamkeitsfeldern/-streifen in Foyer- / Eingangsbereichen - innen ca. 120m2 Naturwerksteinbodenbelag aus Kalkstein mit ca. 40m2 Naturwerksteinbodenbelag aus Granit als Randfriese im Multifunktionsraum - innen ca. 10m2 Bestandsrandfriese aus Granit aufnehmen, reinigen, schneiden, neu verlegen - Durchfahrt ca. 290m2 Naturwerksteinbodenbeläge aus Kalkstein in den Logen - innen ca. 120m2 Naturwerksteinbodenbeläge aus Kalkstein auf den Brücken - innen ca. 150m2 Naturwerksteinbodenbelag aus Dolomit im Außenbereich der Arkade ca. 950m2 Schutzabdeckungen ca. 1100 m2 Hydrophobierung/Imprägnierung Bodenbelag Naturwerkstein R10 ca. 26m2 Sauberlaufmattensysteme in unterschiedlichen Abmessungen ca. 110 Stück Einzelfundamente zur Aufnahme von Stahlwinkeln als Entwässerung im Bodenbelag Arkade ca. 50 m Stahlwinkeln als Entwässerung im Bodenbelag Arkade 2. Ausführungsfristen: Beginn der Ausführung:02/2027 Fertigstellung/Dauer: 03/2028 Verbindliche Einzelfristen 3. Hinweis auf BNB-Zertifizierung Für das Projekt wird eine BNB-Zertifizierung in Silber angestrebt. Der Auftragnehmer hat an der erfolgreichen Zertifizierung mitzuwirken. Der Auftragnehmer hat dazu entsprechende Anforderungen hinsichtlich Abfallarmut, Lärmarmut, Staubarmut sowie die Anforderungen gemäß Bundes-Bodenschutz- und Altlastenverordnung bei der Bauausführung zu beachten. Die Einhaltung der Anforderungen ist dem Auftraggeber in Form von mindestens monatlichen Baustellenbegehungsprotokollen nachzuweisen. Ein Muster zum Baustellenbegehungsprotokoll liegt den Vergabeunterlagen als Anlage bei. Für verwendete Holzprodukte sind FSC- bzw. PEFC-CoC-Handelszertifikate (Chain of Custody) nachzuweisen.
