From the notice

Gegenstand der Vergabe ist eine Allgefahren-Versicherung für Güterwagen, die die Auftraggeberin von Unternehmen außerhalb des DB Konzerns angemietet hat. Im Wesentlichen handelt es sich hierbei um Flach- und geschlossene Güterwagen. Auftraggeberin ist die DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH. Als 100%-iges Tochterunternehmen der DB InfraGO AG erbringt sie Dienstleistungen für die Eisenbahninfrastruktur und Baustellenlogistik im DB-Konzern und nutzt hierfür die o.g. angemieteten Wagen. Die Gesamtversicherungssumme beläuft sich auf voraussichtlich 171,68 Mio. EUR. Insgesamt bilden derzeit 1.438 Wagen diesen Wert ab. Die Wagen werden zum Neuwert versichert. Für den Vertrag gilt ein Selbstbehalt in Höhe von 10 TEUR und eine Haftungsbegrenzung in Höhe von 5 Mio. EUR je Versicherungsfall.
