From the notice
Das Schulgebäude aus dem Entstehungsbaujahr 1972 soll grundsaniert und durch einen Anbau erweitert werden. Es handelt sich um eine Regionale Schule mit integrierter Grundschule. Die Gesamt-Schülerzahl liegt bei ca. 260 Schülern. Es handelt sich um ein viergeschossiges Gebäude (1.UG – 2.OG), errichtet in Massivbauweise mit Außenwänden aus Betonelementen und Stahlbetondecken. In 1999 wurde eine energetische Teilsanierung mit Fassadendämmung und Fenstererneuerung durchgeführt. Generell besteht deutlich erkennbarer Reparatur- und Sanierungsstau. Um den Raumbedarf an die zu erwartenden Schülerzahlen anzupassen, ist ein Neubau als Anbau auf der Nordseite (Eingangsbereich) zu planen.

Technische Ausrüstung Starkstromanlagen, Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen, Leistungsphasen 1-9, gem. § 55 HOAI und Besondere Leistung gem. Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage B 1.), Es sind in allen Losen die Grundleistungen nach der HOAI anzubieten. Als besondere Leistung ist in der Leistungsphase 1 eine Bestandsaufnahme und Zu-standsanalyse durchzuführen. Auf dieser Grundlage ist ein Maßnahmenkatalog mit einer ersten Kosteneinschätzung der einzelnen Maßnahmen als Entscheidungs-grundlage für den Auftraggeber zu erstellen. Diese Leistung ist im Preisblatt pauschal anzubieten. Medienplanung für die Erschließung der temporären Containeranlage für die Medien Trinkwasser, Abwasser, Heizung, und Elektrotechnik. Prüfen der Anschlussmöglichkeiten an das Bestandsgebäude, Planung, Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Bauüberwachung der Trassenführung. Diese Leistung ist im Preisblatt pauschal anzubieten.
