    Die Gemeinde Kropp beabsichtigt, die Geestlandschule um einen zweigeschossigen Neubau für den Offenen Ganztag (OGS) zu erweitern. Die Vergabeunterlagen umfassen die Dach- und Dachklempnerarbeiten am Flachdach (ca. 500 m²) mit Stahlbeton-Attika. Dazu gehören Dampfsperre, EPS-Gefälledämmung (im Mittel 24 cm) mit Kehlen und Schweinerücken, eine zweilagige Bitumenabdichtung sowie Dämmung und Abdichtung der Attika (ca. 75 m). Ferner gehören dazu eine Kiesschüttung mit Plattenwegen, eine RWA-Lichtkuppel mit Ausstiegsfunktion, eine Kabeldurchführung sowie die Schnittstellenleistungen für eine ballastierte PV-Anlage. Hinzu kommen die Attikaentwässerung mit Not-Speiern, quadratischen Fallrohren und Standrohren, Attika- und Fallrohrnischenverblechungen in Titanzink, ein klappbares Attikageländer als Absturzsicherung (ca. 75 m) sowie die Sockelabdichtungen nach DIN 18533. Die Ausführung erfolgt bei laufendem Schulbetrieb zwischen Bestandsschule und Turnhalle. Ausführungszeitraum: 29.03.27 - 18.06.27
