Los 1 Die Stadt Lüdenscheid beabsichtigt, den Neubau der dreizügigen Grundschule Lösenbach am Standort Schubertstraße im Rahmen eines europaweiten Verhandlungsverfahrens an einen Totalunternehmer (TU) zu vergeben. Der Leistungsumfang des Totalunternehmers umfasst dabei sowohl die planerische Konzeption und weitere Ausplanung sowie die schlüsselfertige Errichtung der Grundschule einschließlich einer 1-Feld-Sporthalle. Ferner ist nach Abschluss des Neubaus der Rückbau bestehenden Sporttraktes durch den Totalunternehmer vorgesehen. Die dadurch frei werdenden Flächen sollen anschließend als Schulhofflächen hergestellt werden. Die Realisierung der Gesamtmaßnahme erfolgt entsprechend in zwei Bauabschnitten. Los 2 Die Stadt Lüdenscheid beabsichtigt, den Neubau der zweizügigen Westschule am bestehenden Schulstandort im Rahmen eines europaweiten Verhandlungsverfahrens an einen Totalunternehmer (TU) zu vergeben. Der Leistungsumfang des Totalunternehmers umfasst die planerische Konzeption und weitere Ausplanung sowie die schlüsselfertige Errichtung der zweizügigen Grundschule einschließlich einer 1-Feld-Sporthalle - der Rückbau des Bestandsgebäudes nebst separatem WC- Gebäude fällt nicht in den Aufgabenbereich des TU. Das bestehende Schulgebäude wurde im Jahr 2024 aufgrund einer bestehenden Schadstoffbelastung außer Betrieb genommen. Ein Schulbetrieb findet am Standort derzeit nicht mehr statt.
