  1. Lot LOT-0000: Softwareentwicklung VR und Kauf von VR Brillen

    Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Konzeption, Entwicklung, Implementierung, Erprobung und betriebsbereite Übergabe eines modular aufgebauten Virtual-Reality-Lernmoduls (VR) zur Förderung der Resilienz und Handlungskompetenz von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Alter von 7 bis 14 Jahren in Krisen- und Gefahrensituationen sowie die Beschaffung der dafür entsprechenden Hardware ( 15 Stück VR-Brillen + Zubehör). Das Lernmodul soll reale Alltagssituationen aus dem Bereich des Bevölkerungsschutzes in einer sicheren virtuellen Umgebung vermitteln. Ziel ist es, Kindern und Jugendlichen altersgerecht grundlegende Kenntnisse und Handlungskompetenzen für außergewöhnliche Ereignisse zu vermitteln und ihre Selbstwirksamkeit im Umgang mit Krisensituationen zu stärken. Modul 1 - Brandschutzerziehung Die Anwendung vermittelt unter anderem • Erkennen einer Gefahrensituation, • Verhalten bei Rauchentwicklung, • richtiges Verlassen eines Gebäudes, • Nutzung von Fluchtwegen, • Verhalten an Sammelplätzen, • Absetzen eines Notrufes, • Zusammenarbeit mit Erwachsenen und Einsatzkräften. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf richtigem Verhalten und nicht auf der Darstellung eines Brandereignisses. Modul 2 - Blackout Die Anwendung vermittelt unter anderem • Erkennen eines Stromausfalls, • Orientierung ohne elektrische Hilfsmittel, • ruhiges Verhalten, • Kommunikation innerhalb der Familie, • Umgang mit Taschenlampen, • Bedeutung von Notvorräten, • Informationsbeschaffung, • energiesparendes Verhalten, • Zusammenhalt und gegenseitige Unterstützung. Die Anwendung ist für den Einsatz in Schulen, außerschulischen Bildungseinrichtungen sowie auf öffentlichen Informations- und Präventionsveranstaltungen vorgesehen. Die Lösung ist so zu entwickeln, dass sie zukünftig ohne grundlegende Änderungen der Softwarearchitektur um weitere Szenarien erweitert werden kann
