Die MDSE betreibt als Projektträgerin auf Grundlage einer behördlichen Anordnung dauerhaft die hydraulische Sicherung der Deponie Freiheit III und ist für die ordnungsgemäße Hebung/ Sammlung/ Ableitung anfallender Grund-/ Oberflächenwässer aus dem Deponiebereich verantwortlich. Bei den Hebungswässern handelt es sich geogen/ anthropogen bedingt um stark mineralisierte Wässer, die zu erheblichen Ausfällungen und Ablagerungen (vorwiegend Eisen(III)-hydroxid (braun), aber auch Eisen(II)-sulfid (schwarz)) im gesamten Ableitungssystem führen. Um die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Gefahrenabwehrmaßnahme der hydraulischen Sicherung der Deponie Freiheit III jederzeit zu gewährleisten, sind Arbeiten zur Wartung/ Instandhaltung der Pumpen-/ Anlagentechnik erforderlich. Diese Leistungen werden von der MDSE vergeben und sind Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung.
