  1. Lot LOT-0001: Sanierung der Sporthalle der staatlichen Grundschule "Am Rehberg", Wutha-Farnroda - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung HLS

    Der Wartburgkreis, vertreten durch das Landratsamt Wartburgkreis beabsichtigt die umfassende Sanierung der Schulsporthalle der staatlichen Grundschule "Am Rehberg" in 99848 Wutha-Farnroda. Die Sanierung soll gemäß der "Richtlinie zur Förderung des Sportstättenbaus und der Sportstättenentwicklungsplanungen" auf Grundlage des Thüringer Sportfördergesetzes (ThürSportFG) umgesetzt werden. Ziel ist es, die Sporthalle baulich, energetisch und funktional nachhaltig zu ertüchtigen und langfristig für den Schul- und Vereinssport nutzbar zu machen. Dabei sind die Anforderungen an Barrierefreiheit, Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit gleichermaßen zu berücksichtigen. Vergeben werden folgende Planungsleistungen: - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI (HLS) sowie in weiteren Vergabeverfahren - Objektplanung Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI - Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI (ELT) Der Auftraggeber behält sich eine stufenweise Beauftragung bis zum Abschluss der Baumaßnahme vor. Nach Beauftragung ist umgehend mit der Bearbeitung zu beginnen. Ziel ist es, die Bearbeitung der LP 1 - 4 für die Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung bis zum August 2027 (auf der Grundlage der vorliegenden Vorplanung Objektplanung Gebäude) zu erbringen und das Gesamtvorhaben wie folgt bis 12/2029 abzuschließen: - Beauftragung der Planungsleistungen März 2027 - Planung TA LP 1-4: 03/2027 bis 08/2027 (Objektplanung LP 3-4: 03/2027 bis 08/2027 - Beginn LP 5: 09/2027 - Baubeginn: 01/2028 - Baufertigstellung: 12/2029
