Für die im Betrieb befindliche Liegenschaft der Bundeswehr in Altheim und Wermutshausen sollen die erforderlichen Bau -und Lieferleistungen an einen Generalunternehmer vergeben werden. Diese bestehen im Wesentlichen im Errichten der zum Betrieb der Liegenschaften notwendigen Zubauten von Gebäuden unterschiedlicher Art und Nutzung sowie deren verkehrlicher und infrastruktureller Erschliessung und Anbindung an bestehende Einrichtungen der Liegenschaften. Massenauszug der Hauptleistung: Erdarbeiten ca. 1 Million m³ Entwässerungskanalarbeiten ca. 20 km Betonarbeiten: ca. 130.000 m³ Strassen, Wege, Plätze ca. 150.000 m²
