    Auf dem Flurstück 20/8, Flur 12, Gemarkung Gadebusch wird der Schlossberg saniert. Die Bauleistung umfasst die Herstellung eines Teil des 1. Bauabschnittes der Außenanlagen auf dem Schlossberg. Zeitgleich erfolgt die Gesamtsanierung des Schlossgebäudes. Die Landschaftsbauarbeiten beinhalten folgende Leistungen: - Baustelleneinrichtung - Bodenabtrag über historischem Turmfundament (archäologische Begleitung, eventuelle Standzeiten auf Grund der Untersuchung und Dokumentation möglich) - Setzung Winkelstützwand in Kreisform - Herstellung runde Ortbetonoberfläche mit zweizeiliger Gosse - Lagerung und Wiedereinbau weiter verwendbarer Böden - Herstellung Stufenanlage aus Blockstufen - Setzung Fassadenrinne Remise - Metallbauarbeiten Geländer und Cortenstahlverkleidung für runde Terrasse - Setzung Stabgitterzaun - Oberflächenbefestigung (wassergebundene Wegedecke mit Stahlbandeinfassung, Feldsteinpflasterung, Natursteinplatten) Für alle zu liefernden Natursteinprodukte (Pflaster, Platten, Bordsteine etc.) ist dem AG vorab eine Materialprobe zur Farb- und Qualitätsfreigabe vorzulegen. Die spätere Lieferung muss mit der genehmigten Probe in Farbe, Oberflächenstruktur und Format übereinstimmen.
