    Die Umweltbaubegleitung (UBB) ist für die zulassungs- und umweltrechtskonforme Baudurchführung, das Vermeiden von Haftungsschäden nach dem Umweltschadensgesetz bei der Baudurchführung, das Vermeiden Umweltschäden und den dadurch entstehenden Kosten und Zeitverzögerungen, das Vermeiden von Störungen Bauablauf durch rechtzeitiges Hinweisen auf Fristen, Auflagen und geeigneten Maßnahmen, sowie die Beweissicherung und Dokumentation zuständig. Die Durchführung des Vertrags der Umweltbaubegleitung soll zeitlich parallel zum Beginn der Durchführung des Grünstraße-Bauvertrags erfolgen. Da mit einem Baubeginn für die Grünstraße voraussichtlich Anfang Dezember zu rechnen ist, soll die Umweltbaubegleitung ebenfalls rechtzeitig beginnen, um sicherzustellen, dass die Umweltbelange während der Bauausführung angemessen berücksichtigt werden.
