Die beteiligten Krankenkassen verfolgen das Ziel, mit allen geeigneten pharmazeutischen Unternehmern Rabattverträge nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V zu dem Wirkstoff Ranibizumab (zu den konkreten Loszuschnitten siehe bei den jeweils einzelnen Losen) zu schließen. Der Vertragsschluss erfolgt im Rahmen des Open-House-Verfahrens der TK: Individuelle Verhandlungen über Vertragsinhalte werden nicht geführt, es gelten einheitliche Konditionen. Die TK sichert einzelnen Vertragspartnern keine Exklusivität zu. Die Vertragslaufzeit beträgt maximal 24 Monate beginnend mit dem 01.01.2027. Der Vertrag endet spätestens am 31.12.2028, unabhängig vom Datum des Vertragsschlusses. Alle weiteren Informationen sind den Teilnahme- und Vertragsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
