Freiwillige ex-ante-Transparenzbekanntmachung im Sinne von § 135 Abs. 3 GWB zur Bereitstellung eines gesamtstädtischen Nutzungszugangs für die Datenbank Beck-Online. Die Stadt Hamm beabsichtigt das Angebot des Verlag C.H.Beck GmbH & Co. KG, Wilhelmstraße 9, 80801 München anzunehmen und nach Ablauf einer Frist von zehn Kalendertagen nach der Veröffentlichung dieser Bekanntmachung frühestens am 26.10.2026 den Vertrag zu schließen.
