Das Projekt „Dresden-Stetzsch (G.[…])“ umfasst die Erbringung von Bauüberwachungsleistungen für die Realisierung der geplanten Baumaßnahme einschließlich der hierfür erforderlichen Vorlauf-, Ausführungs- und Nachlaufleistungen. Gegenstand der Baumaßnahme ist die bedarfsgerechte Erneuerung der Verkehrsstation Dresden-Stetzsch an der Strecke 6248 Dresden-Friedrichstadt – Elsterwerda. Hierzu werden die beiden bestehenden Außenbahnsteige in ihrer bisherigen Lage erneuert und modernisiert. Die Maßnahme umfasst insbesondere die Erneuerung der Bahnsteiganlagen einschließlich der Zuwegungen, Bahnsteigausstattung, Beleuchtungsanlagen, Entwässerungsanlagen sowie der zugehörigen Kabel- und technischen Infrastruktur. Die ausgeschriebenen Leistungen umfassen Bauüberwachungsleistungen für die baulichen sowie die technischen Gewerke der Maßnahme gemäß VV BAU und VV BAU-STE des Eisenbahn-Bundesamtes. Leistungszeitraum der Bauüberwachungsleistungen: 01.02.2027 bis 30.06.2028.
