  1. Lot LOT-0001: Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von Fassadenreinigungsarbeiten.

    Bei den durchzuführenden Leistungen handelt es sich überwiegend um Fassadenreinigungsarbeiten im ausgeschriebenen Gewerk. Die Anzahl der jährlich erwarteten Aufträge beträgt ca. 40 mit einem durchschnittlichen Auftragswert von 2.962 Euro. Das entspricht durchschnittlich 1 Auftrag je Woche. Die Angabe dieser Auftragsanzahlen sind Durchschnittsauftragswerte und dienen nur zur Abschätzung der eigenen Leistungsfähigkeit des Bieters. Es leitet sich daraus weder eine Auftragsgarantie noch ein Anspruch des Bieters auf den vorbenannten Umfang der Auftragserteilung ab. Es wird angestrebt für die Beauftragung mindestens 3 Firmen zu binden, welche alle Leistungen entsprechend dem Leistungsverzeichnis erbringen können.
