  1. Lot LOT-0001: Neuss, Grünachse Hammfeld

    Zielsetzung: Herstellung und Herrichtung zweier Querungsanlagen im Straßenraum für eine Rad- und Fußwegeverbindung im Quartier Hammfeld. Die Stadt Neuss (im Folgenden: Stadt) entwickelt aktuell das ehemalige Rennbahngelände für die Landesgartenschau Neuss 2026 GmbH (im Folgenden: LAGA). Für eine direkte Verbindung vom LAGA Gelände zum Rheinvorland soll ein Rad- und Fußwegdurch das Hammfeld geführt werden. Zukünftig soll die Wegeverbindung zur Entwicklung des Zukunftsquartier Hammfeld beitragen und mit teilweiser geänderter Führung auch nach der LAGA bestehen bleiben. Die Querungsstelle Hellersbergstraße soll durch eine Fahrbahnverengung mit entsprechender Anpassung des Seitenraumes hergestellt werden. Am Hammfelddamm soll eine Lichtsignalanlage mit Mittelinsel und entsprechenden Anpassungen des Seitenraumes entstehen.
