Das Gymnasium Heidberg wird in mehreren Baumaßnahmen erweitert. Ein Teilprojekt am Standort ist der Neubau eines Klassenhauses auf dem Flurstück 11071. Der Neubau wird ein 4-geschossiges Klassenhaus in Anlehnung an die Typenbauten der Hamburger Klassenhäuser, Typ 2B, da der Campus keine Fläche für den Typ 2C bietet. Das Gebäude wird mit 11 Inputräumen, 11 Differenzierungsräumen sowie pro Etage/Kompartment mit einer offenen Lernlandschaft (Lernfeld) und Nebenräumen geplant. Es wird eine DGBN QNG+ Zertifizierung mit 10% sowie eine KfW 40 Förderung angestrebt. ein Gründach mit PV-Modulen ist Bestandteil der Planung. Gebäudekonfiguration Die AG wählt für diesen Einzelabruf folgende Gebäudekonfiguration aus: Typ 2.B, 4-geschossig, abweichend von der Rahmenvereinbarung„Los 2“ zum Vergabeverfahren „Hamburger Klassenhäuser 2024“ SBH VOB VV 001-24 LG Die weiteren Details zu dem Zubau Klassenhaus sind den Planungsunterlagen zu entnehmen.
