78464 Konstanz, Mainaustraße 213, KN,Uni, Ersatzneubau Sporthalle, Ingenieurleistungen nach Teil 4 Abschnitt 1 HOAI (Tragwerksplanung Gebäude und Baugrubenverbau) und Objektplanung nach Teil 3 Abschnitt 3 HOAI (Baugrubenverbau) Das Land Baden-Württemberg, vertreten durch Vermögen und Bau Baden-Württemberg, Amt Konstanz, plant als Eigentümer der landeseigenen Immobilien der Universität Konstanz die Realisierung eines Ersatzneubaus für die universitäre Sporthalle am Standort Konstanz-Egg. Das bestehende Hauptgebäude (Dreifeldsporthalle) ist nach rund 44 Jahren intensivem Lehr- und Forschungsbetrieb abgängig. Um einen modernen und funktionalen Sportstättenbetrieb für Forschung und Lehre zu gewährleisten, wird ein Ersatzneubau am gleichen Standort mit einer Nutzungsfläche (NUF 1-7) von ca. 2.450 m² angestrebt. Bestehende Anbauten sind zu erhalten und funktional in den Entwurf des Ersatzneubaus einzubinden. Das Gebäude ist baurechtlich und brandschutztechnisch als Versammlungsstätte (für Sonderveranstaltungen durch die Universität) zu konzipieren. Zudem ist die Planung und Realisierung eines Interims,welches während der Bauzeit auf den benachbarten Sportanlagen errichtet werden soll, Bestandteil des Gesamtauftrags. Die geschätzten Bauwerkskosten belaufen sich auf ca. 15 Mio. € netto. Die Baudurchführung ist vorgesehen von Juni 2028 bis September 2030.
