General-Dr. Speidel-Kaserne (GDSK), GDSK Neubau SanVersZ, Alle erforderlichen Leistungen zur Erstellung der FPU und FLB siehe Aufgabenbeschreibung, General Dr. Speidel-Kaserne (GDSK) 76466 Bruchsal, Eichelberg 1, GDSK BW Neubau Sanitätsversorgungszentrum (SanVersZ). Wir suchen ein Planungsbüro mit Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Funktionalen Leistungsbeschreibungen (FLB) für öffentliche Auftraggeber und in der Qualitätssicherung während der Bauphase. Beabsichtigt ist die Beauftragung von der Erstellung einer FPU mit FLB für die Bereiche Hochbau, Tiefbau, HLS+E, GA, Dentalplaner und Freianlagen und für die Qualitätssicherung während der weiteren Planung und Ausführung durch einen Totalunter-/übernehmer. Grundlagen wie Raumbedarf, Funktionslayouts und Raumbücher werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Raumbücher sind weiter zu konkretisieren für die Erstellung der FLB. Gegenstand der Leistung ist der Neubau eines Sanitätsversorgungszentrums Typ 2500, sowie die Erstellung einer verbindlichen Planungsvorgabe (vPv) für Sanitätsversorgungszentren der Typen SanVersZ 2500, SanVersZ 1500 und SanVersZ 1000. Grundlage hierfür sind die zu erstellenden Raumbücher und eine standortneutrale FLB. Der Neubau SanVersZ Typ 2500 hat eine NUF ca. 1.055 m² und eine BGF vpn ca 2.300 m² einen Flächenbedarf von 110,5 m² im Außenbereich. Das Gebäude ist über 2 Geschosse zu organisieren.
