Vertragsbestandteil ist eine spezifische, methodisch geschlossene Kombination aus einer globalen herstellerneutralen IT-Wissensdatenbank, quantitativen Benchmarks und Reifegradmodellen, unlimitierten herstellerunabhängigen Analystengesprächen, dediziertem Führungsebenen-Sparring (C Level), einer kollaborativen Beschaffungs- und Ausschreibungsplattform sowie einem moderierten Peer-Netzwerk. Das Betreuungsspektrum umfasst nicht homogene Standardarbeitsplätze, sondern eine breite und hochgradig heterogene Facharchitektur und betrifft die strategischen und operativen Digitalisierungsthemen des Ministeriums für Wirtschaft, Innovation, Digitales und Energie sowie des IT-Dienstleistungszentrums. Erforderlich sind spezifische Entscheidungshilfen für die Schnittstellen zwischen öffentlichem Vergaberecht, IT-Sicherheit nach BSI-Standards und NIS-2-Umsetzung, Fachverfahrensmodernisierung, föderaler Standardisierung (OZG/EfA, NOOTS) und Cloud-/KI-Souveränität.
