Die wesentlichen Leistungen des Stadtteilmanagements verteilen sich auf 5 Hauptbetätigungsfelder: 1. Niederschwellige Präsenz und Ansprechbarkeit in der Innenstadt, sowohl im Büro als auch auf der Straße 2. Öffentlichkeitsarbeit 2.1 kontinuierliche, prozessbegleitende Informations- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (fortlaufende Bereitstellung aktueller Inhalte für Presse, Projektwebseite, Social Media etc.), 2.2 Initiierung, Organisation, Durchführung, Moderation, Auswertung und Dokumentation verschiedenster Beteiligungs- und Veranstaltungsformate 2.3 Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien (Plakate, Flyer, Broschüren, Schaufenstergestaltung Innenstadtbüro etc.) 3. Koordination, Abstimmung, Aktivierung und Vernetzung von Eigeninitiativen und Mitwirkung der Akteur*innen der Innenstadt 4. Unterstützung der Leerstandsbewirtschaftung 5. Gesamtkoordinierungsarbeit Innenstadt als federführendes Management im Innenstadtnetzwerk Das Innenstadtmanagement soll koordinierend, vermittelnd und kommunikativ im Sinne des Auftraggebers arbeiten.
