Die Gemeinde Ohlstadt plant den Neubau der Kläranlage Ohlstadt auf dem Grundstück der bestehenden Kläranlage. Das Grundstück liegt direkt an der Autobahn A 95 am Wachtweg 1. Der Neubau sieht eine Belebungsanlage mit aerober Schlammstabilisierung als Standardverfahren) vor. bestehende Anlagenteile sollen weitergenutzt bzw. saniert werden. Soweit dies wirtschaftlich und sinnvoll ist, sollen bestehende Gebäude/Anlagenteile teilweise weitergenutzt bzw. saniert werden, teilweise abgebrochen/rückgebaut und ersetzt werden. Der Neubau der Kläranlage soll auf Grundlage der Variante 2 der vorliegenden Konzeptstudie vom 06.10.2025 erfolgen, wobei der Neubau des Regenüberlaufbeckens bereits umgesetzt wird. Es ist beabsichtigt, dass die anaerobe Schlammstabilisierung extern auf der Kläranlage Murnau stattfindet. Die Beauftragung der Gesamtplanung erfolgt direkt im Anschluss an das Verhandlungsverfahren. Für den „Neubau der Kläranlage Ohlstadt“ werden stufenweise Leistungen der Leistungsbilder Ingenieurbauwerke, Tragwerksplanung, Technische Ausrüstung und Verkehrsanlagen beauftragt. Zudem werden Besondere Leistungen in diesen Leistungsbildern beauftragt. Ein Anspruch auf Beauftragung aller Leistungsphasen besteht nicht. Die Brutto-Baukosten für die Gesamtbaumaßnahme der Kostengruppen 100 bis 700 werden derzeit mit etwa 6,4 Mio. € angenommen. Die Beauftragung der ersten Leistungsstufe soll gegen Ende 2026 erfolgen. Der Abschluss der Vorplanung ist für Ende 2027 vorgesehen. Die Inbetriebnahme soll spätestens 2030 erfolgen.
