Gegenstand der Projektsteuerungsleistungen des Loses 7 sind die in der Leistungsbeschreibung beschriebenen Leistungen sowie alle Grundleistungen der Projektsteuerungsleistungen des Vertragsmanagements gem. § 2 AHO-Heft Nr. 9 (Stand März 2020) in den Projektstufen 1 bis 5 für den Handlungsbereich E. Neben dem PFA-übergreifenden Vertragsmanagement ist insbesondere das PFA-übergreifende Vergabemanagement, das Nachtrags- und Claim-Management sowie darüber hinausgehend im PFA Süd 1 die technische und vertragliche Detailprüfung der Nachträge Gegenstand des Leistungsbildes.
