Die VG Bad Breisig beabsichtig die Generalsanierung der Römer-Therme in Bad Breisig. Bei dem Vorhaben handelt es sich um die Generalsanierung der Römerthermen Teil II in Bad Breisig. Sie ist als Anschlussmaßnahme an die 2023 abgeschlossene Sanierung der technischen Anlagen inkl. neuem Technikgebäude und Dachsanierung über der Umkleide zu verstehen. Im Zuge der geplanten umfassenden Sanierung und Modernisierung der Fassaden-, Dach- und Glasflächen, soll die Effizienzgebäude-Stufe 70 erreicht werden. Ziel ist es, in besonderer Weise zum Klimaschutz beizutragen, die Bestandsgebäude vollumfänglich zu erhalten, die Reduzierung des Wasserverbrauchs sowie die Optimierung der Barrierefreiheit im Innen- und Außenbereich.
