Die Gesamtfläche in Reckenfeld beträgt ca. 10.594 m², in der Innenstadt 5846 m², "links der Ems" 12.970 m², "Rechts der Ems" 22.015 m² und in Gimbte 1.019 m². Sie weisen verschiedene Größen von 0,2 m² - 459,36 m² auf. Das als Anlage beigefügte Verzeichnis der Flächen (Flächengröße und -lage) ist Bestandteil der Leistungsbeschreibung.
