Lot LOT-0001: Technisches Gebäudemanagement Kutschstall
Das Brandenburg Museum für Zukunft, Gegenwart und Geschichte ist auf ca. 3.000 m² Nutzfläche im ehemaligen Kutschpferdestall, einem Baudenkmal aus dem 18. Jahrhundert, unterbracht und wird über einen modernen Anbau (errichtet 2003) erschlossen. Daneben gehört das historische, sogenannte Magazinverwalterhaus zum Gebäudeensemble. Im Rahmen der letzten Sanierung in den Jahren 2018-2020 wurden die Gebäudetechnik ertüchtigt und moderne Veranstaltungsräume eingerichtet. Seit April 2022 wird im Erdgeschoss eine Ausstellung zur Brandenburgischen Landesgeschichte gezeigt. Im Obergeschoss finden wechselnde Sonderausstellungen und Veranstaltungen statt. Im Dachgeschoss befindet sich ein Kreativraum für Workshops und ähnliche Vermittlungsformate. Das Museum ist von Dienstag bis Sonntag täglich für den Besucherverkehr geöffnet. Das technische Gebäudemanagement für das Brandenburg Museum umfasst die Planung, den Betrieb, die Wartung, die Instandhaltung und die Optimierung aller technischen Einrichtungen eines des Brandenburg Museums, damit dieses sicher, wirtschaftlich und zuverlässig genutzt werden kann. Dazu gehören - die fristgerechte Organisation und Nachverfolgung vorgeschriebener Wartungen, Inspektionen und Prüfungen laut Leistungsverzeichnis, - die Reparatur und Instandhaltung der technischen Anlagen, - die Beseitigung von Störungen, - die Identifizierung von Einsparpotentialen im Rahmen des Energiemanagements (u.a. Sommer- und Winterbetrieb) - die Begleitung von Umbaumaßnahmen - die Dokumentation der Betreiberpflichten, bspw. durch digitale Wartungs- und Anlagenbücher, Erstellung von Quartalsberichten bis zum 20. des Folgemonats sowie von Vorfallberichten - Bereitstellung einer 24/7 erreichbaren Notfallhotline (SLA/Reaktionszeiten siehe Vertragsentwurf)
