From the notice

Die Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft zum Erhalt der historischen Altstadt von Hameln gGmbH beabsichtigt die Immobilie Bäckerstraße 12 in Hameln denkmalgerecht zu sanieren bzw. ggf. um einen Teilneubau zu ergänzen. Bereits 2020 wurde eine Voruntersuchung der Liegenschaft angestellt und die Belange und Möglichkeiten des Denkmalschutzes erörtert. Anschließend wurde ein erster Vorentwurf auf Grundlage eines Grobaufmaßes und der Bestandspläne erstellt, welcher zur Definition der Nutzungen als Grundlage für die vorläufige Kostenschätzung diente. Die Unterlagen der Voruntersuchungen, der Vorbefassung und des Bestands wurden als Teil der Vergabeunterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt und sind ausschließlich zum Zwecke dieses Vergabeverfahrens zu verwenden.
