Gebäudeplanung nach §§ 33 - 37 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 HOAI, LPH 2 - 9.Die Gemeinde Randersacker beabsichtigt die Neukonzeption des Rathaus-Areals zum „Bürgerzentrum Randersacker“. Ziel ist es, unter Erhalt der denkmalgeschützten Rathausfassade den gestiegenen Raumbedarf der Verwaltung zu decken und zusätzlich Flächen für örtliche Vereine zu schaffen. Für die Umsetzung des erhöhten Flächenbedarfs steht der Bereich des leerstehenden Gebäudeteils "ehemals Beamtenwohnhaus" zur Verfügung. Das Gebäude soll aufgrund des Zustandes, der abweichenden Geschosshöhen, Raumzuschnitten und Brandschutzaspekten abgerissen werden. Die bestehenden Nutzungen (Weltkreisladen mit Touristen-Info, Festausschank, öffentliches WC) sind neu zu integrieren. Das gesamte Areal inklusive Vorplatz und Außenanlagen ist städtebaulich, gestalterisch, energetisch sowie durchgängig barrierefrei aufzuwerten.
