Sanierung und Ausbau der Gemeinschaftsgrundschule Blumenkamp. Ausstattung der Neu-/Umbauten mit Fenster- und Türanlagen gemäß GEG. In den Gebäudeübergängen müssen zudem RS- und BS-Türanlagen: ca. 250 m² Tür-/Fensteranlagen 6 Stück innenliegende 2-flügelige RS-Türanlagen. Vor Beginn der Maßnahme spendeten Bäume und Sträucher ausreichend Schatten für den Verwaltungsbereich, so dass keine Verdunklung erforderlich war. Diese muss nun nachträglich ergänzt werden, da sich die Licht-/Sonneneinstrahlungssituation drastisch verändert hat.
