    Das Land Hessen plant im Rahmen des CO2-Minderungs- und Energieeffizienzprogramm COME-Hochschulen in Zusammenarbeit mit der JLU Gießen, am Kugelberg 62 in Gießen, an 2 Gebäuden der Kultur- und Geisteswissenschaften Bereich Sport, eine energetische Sanierung durchzuführen. Bei den Gebäuden handelt es sich um ein Übungsgebäude und ein Institutsgebäude. Es soll eine umfassende Fassadensanierung und eine Lüftungsanlagenerneuerung zur Energie- und CO2-Reduzierung durchgeführt werden. Gegenstand sind außerdem Bestandsaufnahme von Gebäudeteilen und deren Berechnung und Prüfung unter Berücksichtigung des konstruktiven Brandschutz, Vergaben und Genehmigungen. Die Präsenz vor Ort ist in regelmäßigen Abständen in Rahmen von Besprechungen notwendig. Die Hauptbaukosten (Kostengruppe 300-400) betragen brutto ca. 2.750.000,00 €.
