    Die Rahmenvereinbarung umfasst die Instandsetzung im Zeitraum vom 01.01.2028 bis 31.12.2030 des Systems TPz Fuchs A8 in der Instandhaltungsstufe 4 mit folgenden Materialnummern (NSN): 123710631 123710644 123710640 123789724 123710629 123825028 123789722 123842155 123825032 123825033 123825023 123824972 123861273 123922781 123939203 123939176 123939205 124031589 Das prognostizierte Volumen beträgt eine Planmenge i. H. v. 66 Systemen in der Leistungsart W86 sowie bei Bedarf eine Planmenge i. H. v. 18 Systemen in der Leistungsart W82 für den Leistungszeitraum vom 01.01.2028 bis zum 31.12.2030. Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 7 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 beauftragt werden. (Mengenoption Regellaufzeit) Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 beauftragt werden. (Mengenoption Regellaufzeit) Die Obergrenze für diesen Zeitraum beträgt 73 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 und 20 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82. Sobald die Obergrenze erreicht ist verliert die Rahmenvereinbarung ihre Wirksamkeit. Optional kann die Rahmenvereinbarung bis zum 31.12.2031 verlängert werden (Verlängerungsoption) Das prognostizierte Volumen für die Verlängerungsoption beträgt eine Planmenge i. H. v. 17 Systemen in der Leistungsart W86 sowie bei Bedarf eine Planmenge i. H. v. 5 Systemen in der Leistungsart W82 für den Verlängerungszeitraum vom 01.01.2031 bis zum 31.12.2031. Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 7 Systeme in der Leistungsart W86 beauftragt werden. (Mengenoption Verlängerungsoption) Optional können zusätzlich maximal bis zu 2 Systeme in der Leistungsart W82 beauftragt werden. (Mengenoption Verlängerungsoption) Der Auftraggeber hat keine Verpflichtung zur Beauftragung der optionalen Systeme.
