From the notice

Teil der Grundinstandsetzung der Mühlentorbrücke - Stahlkonstruktion als Zügelgurtbrücke - ist die Sanierung der Bestandskonstruktion. Dabei erfolgt der Rückbau und Transport des Stahlgerüstes ca. 550 Tonnen an einen ca. 100 m entfernt gelegenen Standort in die Baulage. Hier wird der Korrosionsschutz erneuert. Ziel des Rückbaus und bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung des Transports ist der weitestgehende Erhalt der historischen Stahlkonstruktion bei möglichst geringen Eingriffen in die Bestandskonstruktion. Der Überbau wird in einem erleichterten Zustand ausgebaut. Hierzu werden zunächst die Hänger, Zügelgurte und Pylone sowie die stark korrodierten Brückenenden zurückgebaut. Der verbleibende Überbau wird anschließend angehoben, in Richtung Mühlentorplatz längsverschoben, sukzessive durch selbstfahrende modulare Transportplattformen (SPMT) übernommen und auf dem Mühlentorplatz abgesetzt.

    Das der Ausschreibung zugrunde liegende Rückbaukonzept einschließlich der zugehörigen Pläne bildet die Grundlage für die vorgesehene Rückbautechnologie und den Bauablauf. Die grundsätzliche Ausbaureihenfolge ist für das Hauptangebot verbindlich. Die dargestellten Rückbauzustände, Baubehelfe, Lastabtragungen und konstruktiven Randbedingungen sind bei der Ausführungsplanung zu berücksichtigen. Die detaillierte Ausarbeitung des Rückbau- und Verschubkonzeptes erfolgt durch den AN unter Berücksichtigung seiner vorgesehenen Bautechnologie. Die vollständige Ausführungsplanung einschließlich der erforderlichen statischen Berechnungen sowie Ausführungs-, Werkstatt- und Montagepläne für den Rückbau, sämtliche Bauzustände, Baubehelfe sowie die Hub- und Verschubtechnik ist durch den AN zu erstellen. Die Standsicherheit des Bestandsbauwerks und der Baubehelfe ist in sämtlichen Bauzuständen nachzuweisen. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten sind die weitreichenden Schadstoffbelastungen zu berücksichtigen. Die Trenn- und Demontagearbeiten an schadstoffbelasteten Stahlbauteilen sind gemäß der beigefügten schadstofftechnischen Konzeptionierung auszuführen.
