Alb-Kaserne, Stetten a.k.M., Geb. H, Anpassung Wärmeerzeugungsanlage Um die Versorgungssicherheit der Alb-Kaserne in Stetten a.k.M. sicherzustellen, soll die Wärmeerzeugungsanlage erneuert werden. Die Umsetzung der Baumaßnahme erfolgt in zwei Bauabschnitten. Bauabschnitt 1 umfasst den kompletten baulichen Neubau des Kesselhauses sowie die Installation der Pelletkessel und der dazugehörigen sekundären Technik. Nach Inbetriebnahme des BA1 erfolgt der BA2. Bauabschnitt 2 umfasst die Sanierung des bestehenden Kesselhauses Gebäude H einschließlich des Austausches der vorhandenen Kesselanlage und der notwendigen Technik. In diesem Verfahren sollen die Leistungen der Objektplanung, Tragwerksplanung, thermischen Bauphysik und Schallimmissionsschutz an einen Generalplaner vergeben werden.

Aufgabenbeschreibung: BA1 Neubau Kesselhaus Baufeld herrichten Rückbau des alten Sozialtrakts (Verbindungstrakt) Erd- und Entwässerungsarbeiten Stahlbetonarbeiten Bauwerk als Stahlkonstruktion mit Schrägdach Neubau des Sozialtrakts BA2 Sanierung bestehendes Kesselhaus Erdarbeiten Maurerarbeiten Stahl- und Metallbauarbeiten im Gebäude Sanierung der Flachdachabdichtung Putz- und Stuckarbeiten Fliesenarbeiten Fenster und Außentüren Maler- und Lackierungsarbeiten Bodenbelagsarbeiten Vorgehängte hinterlüftete Fassaden Betonerhaltungsarbeiten Abbruch-, Rückbau- und Schadstoffsanierungsarbeiten 2.
