    Der Eigenbetrieb KreisWirtschaftsBetriebe Goslar des Landkreises Goslar (KWB) nimmt die Aufgaben und Befugnisse des Landkreises Goslar als öffentlich-rechtlicher Entsorgungsträger nach § 20 Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (KrWG) und dem Nieder-sächsischen Abfallgesetz (NAbfG) wahr. Nach § 2 Abs. 1 der Betriebssatzung für den Eigenbetrieb „KreisWirtschaftsBetriebe Goslar“ des Landkreises Goslar vom 17.12.2019 ist KWB unter anderem für das Befördern und die Entsorgung des beim Betrieb der Deponien Bornhausen und Morgenstern anfallenden Sickerwassers zu- ständig. Mit vorliegendem Vergabeverfahren wird KWB die Aufgabe der Entsorgung des auf den Deponien Bornhausen und Morgenstern anfallenden Sickerwassers zum 01.01.2027 an einen Dritten vergeben. Die Aufgabe des Beförderns von Deponiesickerwasser ist nicht Bestandteil des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens und verbleibt in der alleinigen Zuständigkeit der Auftraggeberin/KWB. Die Einzelheiten des Auftrages ergeben sich aus dieser Leistungsbeschreibung so- wie aus dem Entsorgungsvertrag, der als Besondere Vertragsbedingungen beigefügt ist.
