Das Leistungsverzeichnis beschreibt Gewerkübergreifende Maßnahmen, Maßnahmen zum Neubau einer 2-gleisigen Stadtbahnstrecke im Glückstein-Quartier (M016) und dem Neubau von 4 Haltestellen. Neben den Leistungen für die Stadtbahnstrecke, erfolgt der Umbau des Platzes südlich des Hauptbahnhofes. Durch den Neubau der Stadtbahnstrecke und der Neuordnung des Straßenraums sind ebenfalls Leistungen der Stadtentwässerung (EBS) sowie der MVV (Fernwärme, Strom, TK, Wasser) Teil des Auftrages. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst den Umbau der bestehenden Gleise der Linie 3 sowie den Neubau der Stadtbahnstrecke entlang der Vorhaltetrasse in der Glücksteinallee. Hierbei werden folgende Leistungen ausgeführt: • Neubau der Stadtbahnstrecke von der Joseph-Keller-Straße bis über die Landteilstraße sowie die neue Anbindung der Linie 3 • Einbau von Gleiskonstruktionen teilweise im Masse-Feder-System • Rück- und Neubau der Haltestelle Hauptbahnhof Süd, Neubau der Haltestelle Glücksteinallee • Anpassungen in den Nebenflächen im Straßenraum • Herstellung der neuen Verrohrung, Vorbereitung für Leitungsumverlegungen • Herstellung von Gründungen für Fahrleitungsmaste • Stellen von Fahrleitungsmaste (ohne Lieferung) • Signaltechnischer Tiefbau bestehend aus Leerrohren, Schachtanlage, Sockel inkl. Mastlieferung und Montage • Vorstreckung zweier Hausanschlüsse • Umbau eines Kanals (EBS) • Erdarbeiten für Schutzrohre (Fernwärme) • Umbau des Platzes am Hauptbahnhof Süd
