  1. Lot LOT-0000: TRANSITION SAP ERP HCM AUF SAP HCM FOR S/4HANA (H4S4)

    Ziel des Projektes ist die vollständige Transition der bestehenden SAP-HCM-Landschaft auf SAP H4S4 als Brownfield-Upgrade. Dies schließt die Beibehaltung aller erforderlichen Daten, Customizing-Einstellungen, Eigenentwicklungen, Formulare, Workflows und Schnittstellen ein, sowie auch die Umstellung der ESS/MSS-Anwendungen auf SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. Die produktive Nutzung der Zielarchitektur muss spätestens zum 31.12.2027 erfolgen. Das Projekt ist ausdrücklich als Transitionsprojekt und nicht als Transformationsprojekt angelegt. Das MDC geht auf Grundlage der im Vorprojekt gewonnenen Erkenntnisse davon aus, dass die bestehenden Personalprozesse und Stammdatenstrukturen grundsätzlich beibehalten werden können. Eine grundlegende fachliche Neugestaltung oder Optimierung der bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse ist daher nicht Gegenstand des Projektes.
