Anlass für das Vergabeverfahren ist die geplante Sanierung der denkmalgeschützten Heinrich-Hansjakob-Schule mit Hauptgebäude und Schultheiß'schem Haus in 79761 Waldshut-Tiengen. Ziel ist die fachgerechte Umsetzung der vorgesehenen Sanierungs-, Energieeffizienz- und Brandschutzmaßnahmen unter Berücksichtigung der denkmalpflegerischen Belange und des laufenden bzw. abgestimmt zu organisierenden Schulbetriebs.
