Präqualifikationsverfahren für Fernwirkschränke in Ortsnetzstationen. Erstellung bzw. Erweiterung einer Liste qualifizierter Unternehmen zur weiteren Auswahl von Bietern im Rahmen von Verhandlungsverfahren zum Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen und Projektverträgen. Bereits präqualifizierte Lieferanten brauchen keinen neuen Teilnahmeantrag stellen. Die EAM bietet Materiallieferanten die Möglichkeit, sich für Ausschreibungen der EAM GmbH & Co. KG sowie ihrer Tochter- und Beteiligungsgesellschaften (EAM-Gruppe) zu präqualifizieren. Nur an präqualifizierte Unternehmen werden Aufträge für die aufgelisteten Materialien erteilt. Nach Eingang der Fragebögen nimmt Ihr Unternehmen an der Eignungsprüfung teil. Bei positiver Prüfung, erhalten Sie eine Bestätigung und werden in das Präqualifikationsverzeichnis der EAM-Gruppe aufgenommen. Im Rahmen konkreter Ausschreibungen werden präqualifizierte Unternehmen zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert. Die Vergabestelle behält sich vor, den Zuschlag auf Grundlage der Erstangebote gemäß § 15 Abs. 4 SektVO zu erteilen. Sofern hiervon kein Gebrauch gemacht wird, können mit den Bietern Verhandlungen über die preislichen, qualitativen, technischen sowie gegebenenfalls rechtlichen Inhalte ihrer Angebote geführt werden.
