Lot LOT-0001: Los 10 Elektroinstallationen
Das Los 10 umfasst sämtliche Elektroinstallationarbeiten im Erweiterungsneubau. Die Leistungen sind gemäß Ausführungsplanung, DIN-Normen sowie geltenden technischen Regeln und den Vorgaben der TGA-Planung umzusetzen. Die Ausführung erfolgt in mehreren zeitlich versetzten Bauabschnitten. Leistungsbeschreibung Starkstromanlagen (KG 440): Installation von Haupt- und Unterverteilungen inklusive Wandlermessschrank für die PV-Rückspeisung. Aufbau von Kabel- und Leitungssystemen (darunter E30/E90 Funktionserhalt) sowie umfangreicher LED-Beleuchtung mit DALI-Steuerung und einer zentralen Sicherheitsbeleuchtung. Zusätzlich wird eine komplexe 4-Kanal-Sonnenschutzsteuerung mit einer kompakten Wetterstation verbaut. Leistungsbeschreibung Informationstechnische Anlagen (KG 450): Aufbau einer elektroakustischen Anlage (SAA) zur Evakuierung sowie einer Brandmeldeanlage (BMA), die in den Bestand integriert wird. Zudem werden eine Einbruchmeldeanlage (EMA), strukturierte Datennetze (Klasse EA mit Cat 7A Kupfer- und OM5 LWL-Backbone) und eine hochauflösende LED-Videowand installiert. An den Zugängen wird ein IP-basiertes Türkommunikations- und Zutrittskontrollsystem eingerichtet.
