Die BWI erwägt einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer zur Erbringung von Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen einer Reputationsdatenbank "ESET Live Grid" und zur Erbringung von Softwarepflege- und Supportleistungen einer Analyseumgebung "ESET LiveGuard Advanced" für die automatisierte sowie manuelle Analysen von Angriffsversuchen in Höhe von 10.163.272,20 Euro (netto) bis zu 15.244.908,30 Euro (netto) im Wege eines Verhandlungsverfahrens ohne Teilnahmewettbewerb gem. § 14 Abs. 4 Nr. 2 lit. c VgV zu vergeben. Der Rahmenvertrag wird mit einer Laufzeit von maximal vier Jahren (ein Jahr Grundlaufzeit, mit dreimaliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein Jahr optional) abgeschlossen.

    Für die unter diesem Rahmenvertrag zu erbringenden Vertragsleistungen wird ein geschätzter Auftragswert von 13.399.029,60 Euro (netto) innerhalb der maximalen Gesamtlaufzeit von ein (1) Jahr Vertragslaufzeit zzgl. 3-maliger Verlängerungsoption um jeweils ein (1) Jahr ermittelt. Für den Fall, dass sich die zukünftigen Anforderungen an die strategische Ausrichtung des Auftraggebers und/oder Endkunden ändern, ist der Auftraggeber berechtigt, Abrufe mit einem Volum um 50% bis zum 1,5-fachen des vorgenannten geschätzten Auftragswertes vorzunehmen (nachfolgend auch "Obergrenze" genannt). Somit ergibt sich eine Obergrenze von 20.098.544,40 Euro (netto).
