Die Sozialräume vom Betriebspersonal/ Anlagendienst sind veraltet, die Sanitärräume + Pausenraum sind aus dem Jahr 1978. Ein "Bauen im Bestand" ist nicht wirtschaftlich. Als Anlage "260508 Vorentwurf Sozialgebäude.pdf" ist die Konzeptstudie des Architekten Hr. Wagner (Schmees+Wagner Architekten) zur Information beigeschlossen. Der AUFTRAGGEBER MWB GIEßEN will nunmehr die weiteren Planungsleistungen vergeben. Die anrechenbaren Kosten nach der Konzeptstudie liegen bei rd. 1,55 Mio. € netto.
