Das Berufsschulzentrum in Neubrandenburg RBB Neubrandenburg GeSoTec verfügt über einen Schulcampus mit verschiedenen Gebäuden in der Sponholzer Straße. Haus B ist ein in industrieller Bauweise errichtetes Schulgebäude (DDR Typenprojekt, Wandbauweise WBS 70), 3geschossig mit Flachdach und wurde zu Beginn der 2010er Jahre umfassend saniert. Das Gebäude Haus B wird unter Berücksichtigung folgender Aspekte erweitert: - Erweiterung des Schulgebäudes mit Foyerflächen, Cafeteria und Ausgabeküche, mit 4 Unterrichtsräumen sowie 2 Gruppenräumen - Herstellen der barrierefreien Erschließung des Gebäudes (Anbau Aufzug über alle Geschosse) - Überprüfen und Ergänzen notwendiger sanitärer Anlagen inklusive Herstellens eines barrierefreien WC Die nachfolgend genannten wesentlichen Leistungen werden im vorliegenden Los vergeben: Bei der Bauleistung handelt es sich um die Werk- und Montageplanung, Lieferung, Montage und betriebsfertige Übergabe der elektrotechnischen Anlagen im Zuge der Erweiterung des GeSoTec Haus B in Neubrandenburg. Die Leistung umfasst die Errichtung einer Zähler- und Niederspannungshauptverteilung sowie von vier Niederspannungs-Unterverteilungen einschließlich der Unterverteilung für die Küchentechnik, der zentralen Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage, der Beleuchtungsanlagen für Innen- und Außenbereiche, der Blitzschutz- und Erdungsanlagen sowie der zugehörigen Kabeltrassen und Verlegesysteme. Die Leistung umfasst außerdem die erforderliche Abstimmung mit den Gewerken Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär und Küchentechnik sowie die Übergabe sämtlicher Revisions- und Dokumentationsunterlagen.
