Die Gemeinde Karlshagen (Auftraggeberin) unterhält mehrere Gebäude. Für die aufgelisteten Gebäude werden mit dieser Ausschreibung die Bieter aufgefordert ein Angebot für die Wärmelieferung als Gesamtkonzept abzugeben. Die ausgeschriebene Leistung ist ein Energielieferleistung für städtische Wohnungsbauten sowie für die Schule, Kindertagesstätte und die Turnhalle des Ostseebads Karlshagen. Die Wärmelieferung beginnt in der Heizperiode 2027/2028, spätestens ab dem 01.01.2028. Die Vertragslaufzeit soll 10 Jahre mit einer einmaligen Verlängerungsoption von 5 Jahren betragen. Die Lage sowie die Energiebedarfe der Gebäude können dieser Leistungsbeschreibung sowie den Vergabeunterlagen entnommen werden. Die in Anlage C.4 gelisteten Abnehmerinnen (verbindlicher Ausschreibungsumfang) bilden die Grundlage der Angebotskalkulationen / dieser Ausschreibung. Mit dem Angebot ist ein schlüssiges technisches und wirtschaftliches Gesamtkonzept vorzulegen. Weitere Anforderungen an die einzureichenden Unterlagen ergeben sich aus den Vergabeunterlagen.
