Vorgesehener Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist ein vierjähriger Rahmenvertrag über die Lieferung mobiler Drucklufterzeuger mit Verbrennungsmotor zur normgerechten Verdichtung von Atemluft und Befüllung von Druckgasflaschen für Atemschutzgeräte. Die Geräte müssen einen maximal zulässigen Betriebsdruck von 330 bar und eine Luftliefermenge von mindestens 320l/min gemäß DIN 1945 gewährleisten, sowie über Füllanschlüsse für 3 x PN 300 bar und 1 x PN 200 bar verfügen. Der Leistungsumfang soll bis zu 55 Drucklufterzeuger einschließlich Zubehör, Prüfgerät für Atemluftqualität, Ersatzteilerstbedarf und Materialgrundlagen sowie bis zu 9 Ausbildungen zur Bedienung, Pflege und Wartung umfassen. Mit Vertragsabschluss sollen sechs Geräte und eine Ausbildung fest beauftragt werden; bis zu 49 weitere Geräte und acht weitere Ausbildungen sind als bedarfsgerechte Bestellleistungen geplant.
