From the notice

Der WVER betreibt in Stolberg eine Kläranlage mit einer Ausbaugröße von 86.000 EW. Im Rahmen dieser Maßnahme soll die Schlammentwässerung inklusive der Flockungsmittelversorgung saniert werden. Derzeit im Einsatz ist eine Kammerfilterpresse, die durch Zentrifugen ersetzt werden soll. Ebenfalls soll ein neues Silo zur Lagerung des Schlamms gebaut werden. Das Silo soll mit einer Verladeeinrichtung ausgestattet sein.

    Der WVER betreibt in Stolberg eine Kläranlage mit einer Ausbaugröße von 86.000 EW. Im Rahmen dieser Maßnahme soll die Schlammentwässerung inklusive der Flockungsmittelversorgung saniert und ein neuer Schlammspeicher gebaut werden. Derzeit im Einsatz ist eine Kammerfilterpresse, die aufgrund ihres Alters nicht mehr zuverlässig betrieben werden kann. Im Zuge der Sanierung soll die Entwässerung zukünftig durch Zentrifugen realisiert werden. Dies reduziert auch den Personalaufwand während der Entwässerung. Neben der Presse muss auch die gesamte Peripherie der Entwässerung saniert werden. Dazu zählen alle Rohrleitungen, Pumpen und auch die Fällmittelversorgung, inklusive eines passenden Lagerplatzes. Darüber hinaus soll die Schlammspeicherung überarbeitet werden. Der derzeitige Verladeplatz für Absetzcontainer soll durch einen festen Schlammspeicher mit Verladeeinrichtung ersetzt werden. Das Bestandsgebäude bleibt in Benutzung, es können aber Umbaumaßnahmen erforderlich werden.
