Lot LOT-0001: Abschluss eines Enterprise Agreement Vertrages mit einem autorisierten Handelspartner zur Fortführung / Erneuerung der Microsoft-Lizensierung
Der KSV Sachsen schreibt den Abschluss eines Enterprise Agreement Vertrages mit einem autorisierten Handelspartner zur unterbrechungsfreien Fortführung / Erneuerung der Microsoft-Lizenzierung aus. Der KSV Sachsen hat seine IT-Infrastruktur mit Produkten des Herstellers Microsoft (MS) lizensiert und ist im Besitz eines über einen Beitritt zum BMI-Rahmenvertrag abgeschlossenen gültigen Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Vertrag. Der bestehende EA-Vertrag endet am 30.04.2027. Somit ist ein Anschlussvertrag zum 01.05.2027 erforderlich, der einen nahtlosen Übergang der Software Assurance (SA) für die vorhandenen Lizenzen sowie die Beschaffung neuer Lizenzen inkl. Software Assurance sicherstellt. Die Vertragslaufzeit für den EA-Vertrag beträgt zunächst 36 Monate mit Beginn 01.05.2027. Nach Ablauf der 36 Monate kann der EA-Vertrag einmalig um ein weiteres Jahr verlängert werden. Die Leistung wird als Lieferauftrag auf Grundlage der Konditionenverträge zwischen dem BMI und Microsoft ausgeschrieben. Es handelt sich um eine einheitliche Ausschreibung, deren Leistungsbestandteile in einem Gesamtauftrag vergeben werden. Eine Losaufteilung erfolgt nicht.
