Die Stadt Nordhorn plant den verkehrsgerechten Ausbau der Morsstiege zum neuen Innenstadthafen als Teil des Leitprojekts "Innenstadt am Wasser". Kerninhalte sind Erneuerung Regen- und Schmutzwasserkanal sowie Grunderneuerung der Fahrbahn in Teilflächen.     Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Bauleistungen zur Realisierung des Projekts Innenstadthafen Nordhorn - verkehrsgerechten Ausbau der Morsstiege und Seeuferstraße. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: Erdarbeiten: Erdarbeiten werden nur in dem für die Erstellung des neuen Geh-/Fahrbahnaufbau, inklusive Bepflanzungsbeete, sowie für die Bushaltestellen im Vollausbau erforderlichen Umfang ausgeführt. Straßenbauarbeiten: Grunderneuerung der Fahrbahn in Teilflächen/Bushaltestellen: - vorhandenen Oberbau und Bordanlagen aufnehmen - neue Bordführung/Rinnen - Einbau vom Oberbau Kanalbauarbeiten: - Erneuerung Regenwasserkanal auf ca. 70 m Länge mit Betonrohren DN 400 - Erneuerung Schmutzwasserkanal auf ca. 30 m Länge mit Steinzeugrohren DN 200
