From the notice

Die Grundschule Dorschberg in Wörth a. Rh. wurde 1966 baulich errichtet und liegt hinter dem Mittelbau der Carl–Benz–Gesamtschule in Wörth am Rhein. Die Grundschule besteht aus vier Gebäudeteilen, zu welchen ein ein- bzw. zweigeschossiger Gebäudeteil mit Verbindungsgängen gehört sowie eine Pausenhalle mit einem Verwaltungstrakt und einem eingeschossigen Pavillonbau mit vier Pavillongebäuden. Die Gebäude sind mit Pausengängen verbunden und verfügen über zwei Toilettengebäude. Die ein- bis zweigeschossigen Gebäude wurden in massiver Bauweise mit Beton-Fertigteilen errichtet und weisen Flachdächer in unterschiedlichen Höhenlagen mit umlaufender Attika auf und wurden bis heute mehrfach saniert und modernisiert. Mitte der 1990er Jahre fand eine Betonsanierung statt. In diesem Zuge wurde ein Wärmedämm-Verbundsystem und die Alucobond-Verkleidungen der Attiken und der Fertigteilstützen angebracht. Wesentliche bauliche Maßnahmen - Der bestehende eingeschossige Klassentrakt wird aufgestockt und der bisherige Innenhofbereich zwischen den beiden bestehenden Klassentrakten wird geschlossen und überdacht. Hierzu wird die nicht ausreichend tragfähige Spannbetondecke über dem nördlichen Klassentakt zurück gebaut und durch eine neue Stahlbeton-Massivdecke ersetzt. - Das neue Obergeschoss wird in vorgefertigter Holzbauweise mit tragenden Wänden als Massivholzkonstruktion bzw. Holzständerkonstruktion und oberster Geschossdecke als Brettsperrholzkonstruktion errichtet. - Die zentrale Aula wird mit einer Glasdachkonstruktion versehen. - Die Spannbetondecke im Flurbereich über dem bestehenden Kriechkeller des Nordtraktes muss durch Stahlträger ertüchtigt werden. - Kleinteilige Grundrissänderungen im Bestand - Die Pavillons werden entkernt und zur erweiterten überdachten Pausenhoffläche - Verbesserung des Wärmeschutzes sämtlicher Gebäudehüllflächen (Dachflächen, Fenster, hinterlüftete Holzfassaden, Kellerdeckendämmung) - Modernisierung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung inkl. kontrollierten Lüftungseinrichtung mit Wärmerückgewinnung, energiesparender Beleuchtungssysteme, Gebäudeautomation, einschließlich der digitalen Anforderungen an Schulgebäude - Optimierung des Brandschutzes und Umsetzung des schulischen Schutzkonzepts
