Das Leistungsverzeichnis wurde grundlegend geändert. Hier ist auch der neue Terminplan zu beachten, da sich der Zeitraum ausgeweitet hat. Diese Maßnahme wird mit finanzieller Unterstützung durch die Europäische Union und das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen umgesetzt. Weitere Informationen sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
