Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Tiefbau-, Verkehrsflächen-, Ver- und Entsorgungsarbeiten im Zusammenhang mit der Herstellung der Infrastruktur zum Neubau der Feuerwache West am Flughafen Stuttgart (STR). Zusätzlich zur bestehenden Feuerwache am östlichen Ende der Hochbauzone Nord beabsichtigt die Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH (FSG) auf dem bestehenden Parkplatz P0, südlich des Parkhauses P2 SÜD eine neue Feuerwache - die Feuerwache West (FwW) - zu errichten. Für die infrastrukturelle Erschließung der neuen Feuerwache muss die bestehende Infrastruktur im Umfeld des Baugrundstücks erweitert, vorhandene Ver- und Entsorgungsleitungen zum Teil ergänzt und verlängert bzw. verlegt werden. Neue Versorgungsleitungen sollen, ausgehend vom Sonderbauwerk SB 209 des bestehenden Versorgungskanalnetzes, erdverlegt nach Osten erweitert werden, um die Feuer-wache West an die Infrastruktur des Versorgungskanalnetzes anzuschließen.

    Die Maßnahme umfasst Tief-, Kanal-, Leitungs- und Straßenbauarbeiten mit ca. 4.300 m³ Erdaushub, Herstellung von ca. 315 m Kanalisation (DN 150 bis DN 400) einschließlich 7 Kanalschächten, einem Regenrückhaltekanal aus Stahlbeton mit lichten Abmessungen von ca. 5,00 x 32,50 x 1,65 m (ca. 100 m³ Ortbeton; Speichervolumen ca. 268 m³) sowie einem Drosselbauwerk von ca. 2,0 x 2,0 x 2,0 m. Weiterhin umfasst die Maßnahme die Verlegung von ca. 245 m Trinkwasserleitungen DN 65 bis DN 400, ca. 220 m Fernwärmeleitungen DN 150 / da 250, ca. 110 m Löschwasserleitung DN 250, ca. 2.728 m Kabelschutzrohren DN 110 bis DN 160 in ca. 350 m Leerrohrtrassen, die Herstellung von ca. 3.625 m² Asphaltflächen und ca. 200 m² Pflasterflächen sowie Verbauarbeiten (Grabenverbau und Baugrubensicherung) mit insgesamt ca. 2.560 m² Verbaufläche einschließlich ca. 120 m² Trägerbohlwandverbau.
